The document is printed on pre-typed contract stationery for James H. Whitney’s Minstrels, with handwritten insertions for dates, locations, financial amounts, and signatures. Notably, the contract includes provisions for a brass band, orchestra, and advertising expectations. Signed by both James H. Whitney and F. W. Savage at the bottom. The reverse contains additional handwritten notes referencing ticket comps and logistical matters.
