This bronze regimental medal dates to c.1917 and commemorates the service of the Reggimento di Marina “San Marco” in the Basso Piave sector during World War I. Obverse shows two Arditi naval-infantry figures with rifle and bayonet and the inscription “PER MARE PER TERRA”. Reverse features a framed plaque inscribed “REGG.to MARINA / BASSO / PIAVE” with naval chains and anchors. Diameter approx. 29 mm. No ribbon present – loop suspension only.
