Total Coelo (also known as Toto Coelo) was a British new wave pop group that gained attention in the early 1980s. Formed by producer Barry Blue, the band’s quirky and colorful image, along with their catchy pop songs, contributed to their distinctive appeal. Their most recognizable hit, “I Eat Cannibals,” became a chart success and is often associated with their name. Total Coelo’s music blended elements of pop, new wave, and kitsch, creating a playful and danceable sound.
