Take 6’s self-titled debut album in 1988 marked their introduction to the music scene, earning critical acclaim for their impeccable vocal arrangements and virtuosity. Their harmonically rich sound incorporates elements of gospel, jazz, R&B, and pop, setting them apart as pioneers of a cappella music.
