Description

This lot is a scarce, original vintage luggage label from the Hotel Hongrie in Balatonfured, Hungary. The label is c.1930s and is quite eye-catching with its yellow and orange colors. The central image is also interesting with a bronze statue of a fisherman with a long trident spear and a large fish.

This original vintage label is approximately 5″ tall by 3.5″ wide.

Condition

This vintage luggage label is in very good condition with its original gum and no tears or major creases. It has several light wrinkles and a light crease in the upper right corner. It has very light corner bumps and a hinge remnant on the back. It may have light stains, edge wear, and toning as expected with old paper items.
