Description
This lot is a pair of ordinance books produced by the County of Los Angeles in California. The first is entitled “Industrial Waste Ordinance” published in 1946. This document outlines the policies and procedures for handling all types of industrial waste that could affect ground water. The second is entitled “Sanitary Sewer Ordinance” published in 1948. This document outlines the policies and procedures for handling sewage collection, treatment, and disposal.
The books are approximately 6″ tall by 4″ wide. The first booklet has 47 pages and the second has 73 pages. Both books have stapled bindings which are still intact and strong.
Condition
This pair of vintage books in good condition. The covers have stains, smudges, edge wear, and light wrinkles.
