Berliner was a Jewish businessman who was a prominent member of the Corry, Pennsylvania community.

The typed letter is on Progressive Circuit letterhead and is approximately 11″ tall by 8.5″ wide. It is hand-signed by James D. Barton. This letterhead is extremely scarce.
