Description

This lot is an original vintage hotel luggage label from the Hotel Bristol in Strasbourg in the Alsace region of France. Strasbourg is known for its wonderful Gothic cathedral, numerous museums, and as the birthplace of foie gras among many other distinctions. This vintage luggage label is only one color, reddish brown. It has the unusual design of a diamond shape. The center of the diamond has an outline of the famous Strasbourg Notre Dame Cathedral.

This original vintage label is approximately 5″ tall by 3″ wide.

Condition

This vintage luggage label is in good used condition with wear appropriate to its age. It has its original gum and may have light stains, smudges, edge wear, rounded corners, small tears/creases, wrinkles, pen/pencil marks, or other issues typical of old paper items. The back of the label has a rubber stamp from Portugal. Please review the included photos of the actual item to make a complete determination of its condition.
