Description

This lot is an original vintage luggage label from the Hotel Metropol in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, one of the Canary Islands off the coast of Spain. This building was built around 1940 and was rented by HUSA (Hoteles Unidos, SA) until 1970.

This glossy vintage luggage label has a beautiful image of the hotel and its pool area. The label is approximately 4.5″ tall by 3.25″ wide. It has its original gum.

Condition

This vintage luggage label is in very good condition with wear appropriate to its age. It has its original gum. It may have light stains, smudges, edge wear, rounded corners, small tears/creases, wrinkles, pen/pencil marks, or other issues typical of old paper items.
