Description
This charming 1907 embossed Valentine features a two-part hanging design with ribbon connectors. The upper panel displays pink roses and hearts surrounding the message “A loving thought for my Sweetheart.” Two smaller embossed pieces dangle below: one showing a child’s portrait in a red frame, the other a cream-colored cat with a red ribbon. Each section is printed on embossed cardstock and connected by pale blue ribbon. The back shows period pencil inscription dated 1907. A delightful example of early 20th-century lithographed Valentine art, notable for its excellent condition and intact ribbons.
