Original circa 1911 Pan Handle Scrap Men of History 2nd Series tobacco card featuring Francisco Pizarro, identified on the front as conqueror of Peru. This early American Tobacco Company issue combines period portrait illustration, historical biography, and tobacco advertising, making it a crossover collectible for tobacco card enthusiasts and historical figure collectors.
NOTE: This is one of the best condition cards in this set that I have seen. It has been kept in a shoebox since the early 1900s when it was first collected.
