Description
This lot is a vintage piece of sheet music entitled “Dear Old L.I.T.” with music and words by H. O’Reilly Clint. The piece was written in 1932 in conjunction with the opening of Lawrence Institute of Technology in Detroit, Michigan and has served as its fight song. The song was later altered to fit a new acronym when the school became Lawrence Technological University.
