Description

This vintage brooch dates to c.1950 and features a domed pink Lucite cabochon with irregular mother-of-pearl insets suspended within the translucent surface. The cabochon is secured with goldtone dog-tooth prongs and surrounded by alternating pink and lavender rhinestones in raised cup settings. The ornate filigree back is constructed of pressed metal with riveted stone mounts and a horizontal pin clasp. The brooch measures approximately 1.5 inches in diameter.
