Description

This vintage Department of the Army lapel pin was issued to commemorate 10 years of civilian service. The design features an eagle above a shield with enamel banners reading “SERVICE,” “UNITED STATES,” and “DEPARTMENT OF ARMY,” with “10 YEARS” in the center. Constructed of brass with enamel inlay, it has a screwback fastener and dates to the mid-20th century. A collectible example of U.S. Army civilian service recognition.
