Original World War II era U.S. Army Paratrooper qualification badge made of sterling silver and marked STERLING 14-C on the reverse. This version features the classic open parachute with spread wings design and measures approximately 0.75 inches tall by 1.5 inches wide. The 14-C maker hallmark dates the piece to around 1943–1945, during active wartime production when private manufacturers supplied sterling insignia for purchase by qualified airborne personnel.
