Description

This lot is a vintage Veterinary Medicine uniform pin. The pin is gold-tone metal with a blue enamel seal design on the front which includes the staff of Asclepius (not to be confused with the Caduseus). The pin was manufactured in 1977 in Taiwan and is approximately 1″ in diameter with a locking safety clasp. The second attached photo is an attempt to catch the light to more fully show the colors of the pin.

The pin would make a great gift for someone graduating from a Veterinary Medicine program. It could also be nicely framed as a gift.

Condition

This pin is in good condition with wear appropriate to its age. It has small nicks, scratches, or spots of missing enamel that are only seen when viewed under magnification. Please review the included photos to make a complete determination of condition. The pin you receive will be of equal or better condition.
