Heather Thomas is an American actress, author, and activist best known for her role as Jody Banks on the popular 1980s television series “The Fall Guy.” Born on September 8, 1957, Thomas began her career in the entertainment industry with a role on the TV show “Co-Ed Fever” in 1979. She gained widespread recognition and a devoted fan base with “The Fall Guy,” where she starred from 1981 to 1986. After leaving acting, Thomas became an advocate for various social causes and authored the novel “Trophies” in 2008.
