This lot is an original and complete vintage sewing instruction book produced under the Latexture Products line by Simplicity Pattern Company in 1940. The book is fully illustrated with 600 pictures and 600 details on sewing and dressmaking for beginners and experts. The book was a great training tool for young seamstresses during a time when sewing was an expected skill.

The instruction manual is approximately 11.25″ tall by 7.75″ wide and has 86 pages. It has a stapled and taped binding which is still intact and strong.
