This lot is a Stancraft Party Giftpak manufactured in the 1970s. The theme of the set is sheet music covers from the early 1900s, and it contains two different cover collages. The lot includes:
- Two Sealed Stancraft Gilded-Edge Playing Card Decks
- Two MCM-Style Ashtrays
- A Bridge Scorepad
- A Gold-Tone Pen
The interesting feature of this lot is that I acquired this GiftPak directly from the man who was the Director of Marketing for Stancraft/Hoyle Games in the 1970s. He designed these special decks for Stancraft out of his love for vintage sheet music art. The two collages of sheet music were created with music pieces from his personal collection.
This item is very difficult to find.
This item is still in its original packaging. The box and plastic cover have various bumps, scuffs, and smudges as expected for its age. The bottom of the box has a few small wrinkles. The six pieces of the set are in pristine, mint condition. Please review the included photos of the actual item to make a complete determination of its condition.
