This postcard shows the interior of a bar with barmaids in post-WWI Germany. The caption indicates its connection to the Army of the Occupation and is a playful wink (this obviously isn’t a military canteen) toward the “friendly” relationship unit commanders had with the local drinking establishments.

The card has no major creases, but it does have some stains in the lower left corner and other small issues as seen in the photos. It also has corner bumps and edge wear as expected for something of this age.
