Duke Snider was an American professional baseball player who played as a center fielder in Major League Baseball (MLB) from 1947 to 1964. Snider played for the Brooklyn/Los Angeles Dodgers, the New York Mets, and the San Francisco Giants during his career, and was a key part of the Dodgers’ success during the 1950s. He was an eight-time All-Star and won two National League home run titles. Snider also helped lead the Dodgers to six National League pennants and two World Series championships during his time with the team. He was a popular player among fans, and was nicknamed “The Duke of Flatbush” during his time with the Dodgers. Snider was inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1980. This lot is a Duke Snider baseball card #20 produced by Topps in 1959. If the title includes a reference to condition, it is based on the same standards of grading as the professional grading companies. If the condition is shown as a range, we are saying that, in our opinion, the card would receive a grade somewhere within that range.

This card has signs of wear appropriate to its age. It has light discoloration along the right side. May have corner bumps, edge wear, scuffs, stains, smudges, scratches, or dirt. Please review the included photos of the actual item to make a complete determination of its condition.
