Prev Next

Ozzie Newsome, born on March 16, 1956, in Muscle Shoals, Alabama, is a former professional football player and executive who had a significant impact on the National Football League (NFL). Newsome played his entire 13-year NFL career as a tight end for the Cleveland Browns from 1978 to 1990. He was known for his exceptional pass-catching abilities and versatility as an offensive weapon. Newsome was a reliable target for his quarterbacks and consistently produced impressive numbers, finishing his career with over 7,900 receiving yards and 47 touchdowns. This lot is an Ozzie Newsome rookie football card #308 produced by Topps in 1979. If the title includes a reference to condition, it is based on the same standards of grading as the professional grading companies. If the condition is shown as a range, we are saying that, in our opinion, the card would receive a grade somewhere within that range.

This card has wear appropriate to its age. It has a crease across the lower left corner and a smaller one on the lower right corner. May have corner bumps, edge wear, scuffs, stains, or smudges. Please review the included photos of the actual item to make a complete determination of its condition.
