Prev Next

The Washington Redskins had a memorable decade in the 1950s, marked by a period of success and notable achievements. Led by head coach Joe Kuharich and later by head coach Bill McPeak, the Redskins showcased a strong and competitive team during this era. The team had several talented players, including Hall of Famers such as quarterback Sammy Baugh and wide receiver Bobby Mitchell. In 1952, the Redskins clinched the Eastern Division title and made their first postseason appearance in 16 years. They advanced to the NFL Championship Game but fell short against the Detroit Lions.

This lot is a Washington Redskins team photo football card #61 produced by Topps in 1956.

If the title includes a reference to condition, it is based on the same standards of grading as the professional grading companies. If the condition is shown as a range, we are saying that, in our opinion, the card would receive a grade somewhere within that range.

This card has wear appropriate to its age. It has some wrinkles on the left half. May have corner bumps, edge wear, scuffs, stains, smudges, scratches, or dirt. Please review the included photos of the actual item to make a complete determination of its condition.
