This antique booklet is in fair condition with noticeable wear. The cover is heavily worn but still well stapled to the pages. The pages are heavily toned due to the use of acidic paper. At some point in its long life, a bug ate through a number of the pages as shown in the photos. This damage doesn’t affect the readability of the pages. Please review the included photos of the actual items to make a complete determination of their condition.
