1885 and 1887 Letters on Standard Theatre Co. of St. Louis Missouri Letterhead

This lot is a pair of letters sent from St. Louis, Missouri to a relative in an unknown location. The letters are written by a man named Henry to his sister. The first discusses that he feels badly that she didn’t receive a letter from him. This letter is incomplete with only the first page surviving. The second letter is a receipt for $20.

The two letters are on different versions of the Standard Theatre letterhead and are approximately 9.5″ tall by 6″ wide.

These letters are in good condition. They have been folded to fit in envelopes. They may have small creases/tears, folds, wrinkles, indentations, stains, smudges, edge wear, toning, corner bumps, or other issues typical of old paper items.
