This lot is a letter sent in 1900 from Albert Bloch in New York City. Albert Bloch served as the manager for the musical plays “A Pair of Black Eyes” and “The Lamp-Lighter of New York”, both of which were owned by Herbert Betts’ Attractions during the late 19th century. The letter was written to send with a contract to someone who had booked a show for November 13, 1900.

The handwritten letter is on Herbert Betts’ Attractions letterhead and is approximately 11″ tall by 8.5″ wide. It is hand-signed by Albert Bloch. This letterhead is extremely scarce.
