Prev Next

This lot is a printed breakfast menu from the restaurant in the famous Kensington Palace Hotel. It was built in 1892-92 to accommodate the growing number of visitors in London and was situated with wonderful views of the Kensington Palace Gardens. By around 1960, the hotel was demolished to make way for a new hotel with a different name. The menu is dated August 8, 1955 and shows that breakfast cost 6 shillings. The menu items include porridge, Grimsby kipper, and veal and ham pie. The menu is approximately 6.5″ tall by 4.75″ wide.

All our items are kept in a smoke-free and pet-free environment.

This vintage menu is in very good condition with some light smudges. Please review the included photos of the actual item to make a complete determination of its condition.
