This document is in very good condition for its age. The outside folio has some fading, scuffs, and small creases, but the inside pages have very few signs of wear. One page has some pencil notations and there are a few smudges. None of the pages are creased or torn. Please review the included photos of the actual item to make a complete determination of its condition.
