This lot is an excellent group of items from a World War I (WWI) Red Cross Instructors Kit. The group includes:
An 8.5″x11″ onionskin sheet of instructions titled “Responsibilities of Instructors”
A 27″x15.5″ piece of material used to make a hat or scarf. Two patches are sown on this material.
Two metal stiffeners that slide into the edges of the material and are used in forming the hat
A larger Red Cross patch to put on an armband
A Red Cross Volunteer pin with a celluloid overlay. As shown in the photos, the pin is missing its pin back.
A small red patch with an unknown purpose
This kit is in good condition with wear appropriate to its age. Please review the included photos of the actual items to make a complete determination of their condition.
