This exquisite vintage necklace dates to the late 1950s and is a stunning example of mid-century Czech costume jewelry craftsmanship. The bib-style design features deep red glass rhinestones in emerald-cut and round settings, accented by sparkling aurora borealis (AB) stones that catch the light beautifully. Each stone is prong-set in gold-tone metal with a classic hook clasp for adjustable length.

Though unsigned, the quality, materials, and construction are consistent with high-end Czech export pieces of the era. The flat, closed-back settings and machine-linked rhinestone chains were hallmarks of mid-century production techniques from the Gablonz region.
