This lot is an original copy of S. W. Reilly’s vintage magic booklet, “Modern Fortune Telling” published in 1935. The booklet has instructions for creating fortune telling readings. It advises on the best ways to gather information and to put that information into a flowing prediction of the future. It also includes a brief explanation of giving a reading with cards.

The booklet is stapled at the top, is approximately 11″ tall by 8.5″ wide, and has 10 typewritten pages.

This booklet is in good condition with wear appropriate to its age. It may have smudges, stains, scuffs, foxing, pen/pencil marks, and small creases or tears, all of which are typical of old paper items. This item was part of a magician’s personal library that was in storage for quite some time. It may have a slight musty smell due to age and storage.
