This lot is Charles Eastman’s vintage magic book, “Manipulative Magic” published in 1975. The book includes complete instructions for 11 magic tricks, effects, manipulations, and illusions using cards and other props.

The book is hand inscribed and autographed by Charles Eastman to C. R. Tracy (a.k.a. Bud Raymond), a well-known magician in his own right who was featured on the cover of Genii magazine in November, 1945

The book has a plastic comb binding, is approximately 11″ tall by 8.5″ wide, and has 23 pages.

This softcover book is in good condition with signs of wear appropriate to its age. A small section of the plastic comb has broken off at the bottom. The book may have smudges, stains, scuffs, foxing, pen/pencil marks, and small creases or tears, all of which are typical of old paper items. None of the inside pages are torn or creased and none of them have handwriting or highlighting.
