This booklet is in good condition with signs of wear appropriate to its age. The bottom portion of each page has some wrinkles from past exposure to moisture. The booklet may have smudges, stains, scuffs, foxing, pen/pencil marks, and small creases or tears, all of which are typical of old paper items. None of the inside pages are torn or creased and none of them have handwriting or highlighting. Please review the included photos of the actual item to make a complete determination of its condition. This item was part of a magician’s personal library that was in storage for quite some time. It may have a slight musty smell due to age and storage.
