This lot is a pair of vintage magic tricks from Henry Mayol entitled The Siamese Spoons and A Self Bending Spoon. Both tricks use various gimmicked spoons that are provided. In The Siamese Spoon, the magician shows two teaspoons and places them one on top of the other. The magician closes their fingers around them and when their hand is opened, both spoons have melted into a siamese spoon. Both spoons are soldered together and joined by the same handle.

In A Self Bending Spoon, a spoon which is held between the performer’s thumb and index finger bends itself visibly.

These tricks are complete with four spoon pieces and separate instructions for both effects.
