This lot is a group of three different receipts from the 1910s for the S. Abrahams & Co. located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. According to the receipts, S. Abrahams & Co. were manufacturers of uniforms for police, fire, mail carriers, motormen (railroad), military band conductors, hotels, and societies. Two of the documents are purchase receipts (1912 and 1919) and one is a receipt of payment letter (1912). They show several variants of the company letterhead. As shown in the photos, the receipts are approximately 8.25″ tall by 8.5″ wide, 9″ tall by 5.75″ wide, and 7″ tall by 9.5″ wide respectively.

NOTE: All three receipts show damage from being placed on a bill spike, a common practice of businesses at the time.

These vintage receipts are in good condition with wear appropriate to their age. They have some light creases, small tears, stains, edge wear, smudges, and toning. Please review the included photos of the actual items to make a complete determination of their condition.
