This lot is a group of three different receipts from the 1910s for the Varsity Underwear Company located in Baltimore, Maryland. Varsity Underwear Company were manufacturers and exporters of Athletic Underwear, Pajamas, and Night Robes. Two of the documents are purchase receipts (1912 and 1919) and one is a receipt of payment letter (1912). They show several variations of the company letterhead. As shown in the photos, the receipts are approximately 8″ tall by 7.5″ wide, 7″ tall by 8.25″ wide, and 7.25″ tall by 8.5″ wide respectively.

NOTE: All three receipts show damage from being placed on a bill spike, a common practice of businesses at the time.
