Richard Tee was an immensely talented American keyboardist, singer, and prolific session musician, best known for his significant contributions to the worlds of jazz, R&B, and pop. Born in 1943, Tee gained prominence for his exceptional skills on the piano and organ. Over the course of his career, he collaborated with an array of iconic artists, including Aretha Franklin, Paul Simon, and Steely Dan, to name a few. His soulful and expressive playing style, coupled with a smooth vocal delivery, set him apart in the music industry. Tee also released several solo albums, showcasing his versatility and mastery across genres. Regrettably, he passed away in 1993.
