The band is named after the Kinsey family, which includes influential blues musicians such as Big Daddy Kinsey and his sons, Donald, Ralph, and Kenneth. The Kinsey Report consists of Donald Kinsey on guitar and vocals, Ralph Kinsey on bass, and Ron Prince on drums. The band’s music is rooted in traditional blues but also incorporates elements of rock, funk, and soul. The Kinsey Report has released several albums, including “Midnight Drive” and “Smoke and Steel,” and has received critical acclaim for their soulful and electrifying performances.
