This lot is a group of five different train engine photos by Malcolm McCarter, a well-known photographer of railroads. The photos are 5″ tall by 7″ wide and show railroad engines from the Grand Trunk & Western Railroad and the New York Central Railroad. The dates of the photos were determined by the “Kodak/Velox/Paper” backstamp on each photo. Each photo also has a rubber stamp indicating that the original negatives belong to Malcolm McCarter.
